Capturing the Aesthetic Blend of Urtopia ebike and Landscape

Henky finds that breathtaking views never fail to ignite his inspiration, driving his love for nature photography. He might not be a pro behind the lens, but his lively snapshots capture the cultural essence of Cologne and its surroundings. It's his way of chasing beauty. We're always struck by the images he posts on social media, showing Urtopia against different backdrops. "Our ebike has visited such amazing places," we often exclaim, proudly displaying these photos on our office walls to commemorate Urtopia's many scenic adventures. Henky delights in sharing his creations and stories, with poetic, vivid descriptions that make his cycling escapades come to life.

Longing for an E-Bike, then Urtopia appeared

He is a cherished Urtopian since our brand's birth, was curious about his friends' electric mountain bikes. Henky longed for an ebike of his own - his very first. Urtopia's online ads instantly captured his heart. Though hesitant about our Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign, fearing a scam, he said, "My brain told me 'No', but the design screamed 'Yes'." His eyes locked onto the design, and he confidently picked 'Yes'. Perhaps his art studies in Belgium cultivated his appreciation for finding a vehicle that aligned with his aesthetic sense. And so, Urtopia became his first ebike. The unique design, weight, and assistance not only made it easy to carry but also let him feel the excitement of speeding, as if he'd shed years, enabling him to focus on the beauty around him.

"The other day on a bright sunny day I felt free and weightless as I rode through Cologne city centre on my lightweight 15 kg Urtopia carbon bike with detachable battery and magnetic torque sensor for pedal assistance. I decided to ride along the Rhine towards Bonn and take the little crocodile Rhine ferry on the right bank of the Rhine from my district to Zündorf - an unforgettable adventure with breathtaking views of the river. 

On my way, I discovered the hidden gem of the Hyatt Garden Café on the Rhine Boulevard steps. I took a break and enjoyed a delicious drink amidst an idyllic setting overlooking Cologne Cathedral. The moment was so relaxing and happy that I decided to take the rest of the day slowly and enjoy every moment.

I loved the freedom that cycling offered me in the beautiful city on the Rhine. No traffic jams, no hustle and bustle, no delays - just me and the open cycle paths. The feeling of lightness and freedom I experienced was indescribable. Two days later, during my ride, I discovered the little Italian restaurant I had heard about for a long time. The smell of charcoal and fish enveloped me and I knew I had found just the thing. I ordered a delicious portion of grilled sardines, so tender and mild in taste, accompanied by a refreshing Aperol Spritz.

During my tour, a rain shower came unexpectedly. But that couldn't stop me - I decided to take the underground to escape the weather. The sound of the rain and the warm atmosphere on the train were a welcome change. After the shower passed, I continued my tour, enjoying the view on the way home as I passed the fire station.”
