I’ve been riding the Joy for two weeks now and I’m totally in love! It’s beautiful, smooth, and has just the right mix of power and comfort. The Glacier Blue color gets compliments all the time, and the riding posture feels natural and relaxed. As a woman who’s not very tall, I really appreciate how easy it is to get on and off.
The Carbon Fold 1 is a game-changer! It's incredibly lightweight and folds down in seconds , perfect for city commuting and storing at the office. Best decision was to purchase the Carbon Pro 1 for both me and my wife. Lightweight and user friendly is what we were looking for in an electric bike, after owing 2 off brand electric bikes that were far to heavy and awkward to ride. Carbon Pro 1 couldn't be easier to ride on both flat ground and hills. The 3 different electric options and 8 gear shifting options provide both of us a good workout that works for our particular needs. As a former triathlete for over 30 years, the Carbon Pro 1 was the best possible way for me to transition when I medically and physically could no longer compete. It helped me, tremendously, to make my way back in the joy of cycling. If you haven't had a chance to test drive the phenomenal electric bike, it's a must do, to try it now!
I wanted a light weight folding ebike to take with me in my camper van. after looking at several different brands I chose the Urtopia Carbon Fold 1 because of it's performance, ease of folding, for how light weight it is, and it's price. I am totally in love with this bike. I am a 69 year old cancer survivor. The power that the Carbon Fold 1 has going up hills is a game changer for me. I can enjoy the hills now as much as the flats. The bike is super fun to ride with smooth shifting. And it is whisper quiet. It fits perfectly in my camper van and I like not having to lift a conventional bike on and off a bike rack. The only negative I have found is the lack of suspension. You feel every bump on the road. i also wish that Urtopia integrated this bike with their app.
Absolutely loving my new Carbon 1 Step Thru! The ride is incredibly comfortable and relaxing, perfect for someone like me who's getting a bit older but still values both exercise and enjoyment. The step thru frame makes it easy to hop on and off, and the assist level is just right for my needs.

I was honestly shocked by how light the Carbon 1 ST is, just 36 lbs! The first time I picked it up, I had to double-check if it was really an e-bike. Super impressed.
I originally had my eye on the Carbon 1 Pro, but I’ve been dealing with some lower back and shoulder discomfort, so I decided to go with the step-thru instead. Really glad I made the switch. The upright riding position makes a big difference, way more comfortable for me and now I actually want to ride more often. Even for quick errands or short trips, I find myself reaching for the bike. No regrets.

I absolutely love my Joy! It has everything I wanted in an ebike. The design is super cute and modern, I get compliments all the time. The throttle is a game-changer, especially when I want to relax a bit and just enjoy the ride. I also appreciate the simplicity of the display, it’s small, clear, and easy to use. And can we talk about the bell? It’s such a small detail, but honestly one of my favorite things. It’s adorable and actually really useful. This bike just makes riding fun and effortless.
After comparing tons of ebikes for my wife, I’m really glad we chose the Joy. It checks all the boxes for us. The design is sleek and stylish, and the step-thru frame is perfect for her height, she’s on the shorter side, and this fits her really well. The throttle is a great feature too. When she’s tired, she can just cruise and still enjoy the ride.
Even though it’s a fat tire bike, it’s noticeably lighter than the Aventon fat tire I had before. That makes a big difference in handling and everyday use. She’s been loving it so far, and I’m just happy we can go out riding together now. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-rounded, thoughtful ebike!
I didn’t expect much from a smaller ebike, but the Fold 1 really blew me away. The torque sensor gives an incredibly smooth and responsive ride, much better than I anticipated. As someone who's never ridden an e-bike before, I wasn't sure what to expect. The Fusion GT changed that quickly. I’m in my late 70s, and I was looking for a bike that could help me stay active without overexerting myself. What surprised me most was how natural it felt, the assist kicks in just enough to take the edge off hills and longer distances. I did try the Turbo mode once, but for my regular rides, the first two levels are more than enough.
Overall, It’s smooth, quiet, and I feel very secure while riding. Definitely a confidence booster.
I’ve owned a few foldable bikes over the years, but the Fold 1 stands out for one reason: it feels like a real folding e-bike. It folds down in seconds, fits easily in the back of my hatchback, and is light enough to carry up a flight of stairs without breaking a sweat. The motor is responsive and smooth. Nice bike in words.
Got the Carbon 1 ST in blue that is matte finish and looks great. At 75 I needed a lightweight that was NOT a cruiser but did allow upright riding and it all works. My previous bike was a hybrid but still had me leaning forward and raising my head which caused post-ride neck and back pain. This bike lets me ride in comfort. I added a Suntour NCX Suspension Seat and bar-end mirror and a Quadlock iphone mount so I can watch my workout data (I am an engineer, after all) as I ride in addition to the b/w bike display. I am pursuing a suspension front fork that Urtopia support announced as well. One option that is evidently on the way is pedal assist tuning that can let me adjust the response of each assist level. As delivered, assist level 1 is a bit too strong for me when I want more exercise and I will be able to change that. Tuning is an option on all other models right now but taking longer for this one. So, in summary: really light weight, sufficient power (especially Turbo mode) upright comfortable riding position, good app, onboard bike bell, suspension fork option, tunable assist levels, torque sensor.

I got my first Carbon 1 ST in black right when it was first released. After a couple of weeks of waiting (which, I’ll admit, made me a little impatient), it finally arrived! I wasted no time putting it together over the weekend and took it out for a test ride with my wife.
From the very first ride, I could tell it was worth the wait. Super smooth, comfortable, and just a joy to ride. The only “problem” was that my wife loved it so much that I had to let her keep it! So, just ordered another one, this time in blue. Now I’m back to waiting another week for delivery, but honestly, I’m just excited to get back out there riding.
And thanks to the customer support team as well! I had a ton of questions before purchasing, and they were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Can’t wait for my new bike to arrive!

Just received my new Carbon Step Thru and I couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love the curved handlebars, they’re so comfortable and bring the handles closer to the body, making the ride much smoother. It’s perfect for women, offering both style and comfort. Highly recommend!
