I hauled the Carbon 1 Pro from Indiana to Florida and this picture is in the Biscayne National Park at the end of the Black Creek Trail near Miami,Florida The light weight makes it easy to ride and load onto the bike rack. The Carbon 1 Pro has over 3, 000 miles on it in the first 12 1/2 months, including an 83 mile venture around central Indiana this past Spring! This has been an awesome bike for someone who rode a standard hybrid bicycle over the previous 10 years!
Just celebrated my second anniversary with my Carbon 1/s, logging over 3,000 miles. No real issues over that timeframe. Just had to fix a couple of flat tires. Very happy with my Carbon 1/s.
63 miles ridden this past week on the trails of ceour d’ Alene. The trails are all paved and follow the old train tracks that were removed. This is a must do on your list! No issues
We just got our bikes and they are Amazing!
We found a local dealer to assemble them for us. The electric assist is such a smooth transition. 10/10
I am So impressed with the Fusion GT. I love the fact that it has a throttle (makes it easier to start off when at a stop) and it is smooth, say and the turbo is POWERFUL! I try to stay in Eco mode, unless a hi or into a stiff breeze, and hav3e power to spare. I did purchase the extender battery, but I have never had to us it (yet!)
One thing I wish the had was an integrated tail/brake light into the rear fender. When I have a bag mounted on the top of the bike rack, you can't see the Ares light (and it doesn't have a brake light anyway) I have to add a light on the back of the rack for rear visibility.
You really couldn't go wrong with this bike, I also get SO MUCH attention because of the classy looks. I am glad to share info, and I bet I have "sold" at least a couple of these bikes just from chatting with folks who ask questions
Had an issue with my order delivery, and I honestly didn’t expect much, until Urtopia’s team reached out. They were quick, kind, and even followed up after my bike arrived. It’s rare to see a company combine good tech with genuine service. Well done.
I’ve ridden a lot of ebikes, but nothing compares to the Carbon Joy. It’s light, elegant, and glides effortlessly even on uphill paths. The torque sensor makes it feel so natural, like I have superpowers! Bonus points for the sleek design. I get compliments every ride!
Got the Joy Carbon as an option to take on weekend trips. It’s incredibly light, and I’m impressed by how well it performs on moderate inclines. I’ve owned several e-bikes over the years, and this one definitely stands out for urban riding.
Awesome e-bike.
I bought it 10 days ago and have ridden it 5 times, logging about 90 miles. I’m pleased with my purchase, but the battery life could be better. I rode 21 miles on level 2 and 3 with some Turbo assist, and the battery dropped to 10% in an hour and a half. Luckily, I was close to home. It’s great for going up hills, especially for seniors over 65. The seat is uncomfortable after an hour, but I can fix that. Thanks, Urtopia, for creating this lightweight bike that fits my Yakima ridge back.
The Carbon 1 Pro is an amazing commuter/gravel ebike which is super fun to ride for all levels! I was apprehensive about the bike size at first because I am 5’10 1/2” tall, 160 lbs. and was thinking about going with the large size. I was recommended by the company to go with the medium size and it is perfect. I love the torque assist drive and the turbo boost helps on an intense hillclimb though I rarely use it. The quality of the carbon fiber frame is the solid. Its design is super cool but with no suspension stay out of the woods 😎 They should advertise that the motor is a 350w not a 750w peak but it performs flawlessly. With all this said I highly recommend this ebike. Best bang for the buck.
I absolutely love this thing. The Carbon Fiber fold 1 is my favorite of all of the e-bikes I’ve ever ridden or owned. The 29 pounds is fantastic for lifting in and out of the car. The bike handles paved and light gravel trails very easily. Highly recommend this one!

We're absolutely loving our Urtopia bikes! The Carbon Pro 1 and Carbon 1st deliver a true bike riding experience that takes the edge off, allowing us to conquer hills and explore our bike-friendly city with ease. At over 50we feel like teenagers again. If we had to sum up the experience in one phrase, it would be pure joy.
I have ridden road bikes for over 40 years. Decided to buy my wife and I carbon pro 1’s so we could ride together. Urtopia is a great marketing company, but we have run into some challenges on assembly with one of the two bikes, with no nearby service dealer. It was a challenge to reach service as their app doesn’t work. Once I reached customer service I was able to get on a call and they shipped me a new controller. One of the ARES rear lights still doesn’t work, but got my first ride in finally this week. First few miles gears didn’t shift smoothly, but after a few miles it settled into a nice 26 mile ride. The electric assist performed very well! My wife loved her ride. However, We will be upgrading both seats this week. Would have given it a five star review if it had worked out of the box and if the seats were higher quality. Still have some concerns on follow up service, but overall a good value and fun to ride. Wish there was a support dealer near me.
I got the Joy Carbon in Pearl White, and I constantly get asked about it. It’s stylish and surprisingly zippy. Only took one ride to fall in love. Would love to see more cargo accessories, but otherwise, perfection!
I use my Carbon 1 ST to get to work and back, and it’s completely changed my mornings. Lightweight, fast, and I don’t show up sweaty anymore. The torque sensor is so smooth, it feels like the bike reads my mind.
Estas bicicletas son lo máximo, no pesan, fácil de llevar y guardar.
Buscábamos una bicicleta por mucho tiempo y esta es la mejor.
Muchas gracias urtopia
First - this will be my 15th ebike purchase. (4 Ecotric, 1 Bandit, 5 Aventon and 4 Ride1Up) so I do have a little experience with ebikes. The Urtopia was purchased to be more of a city commuter that would be more of a bicycle than an ebike. Something lighter and more agile. Most of all my earlier purchases were fat tire bikes and at 74 years young it's time to stick to the paved bike paths more and more. (Ok, I did keep one fat tire bike just to feel young and tough)
So here I go - first the things I don't like about this bike. First, after using the automated chat to ask the question whether the Urtopia App was compatible with the Fusion Pro-E, the answer was yes! Wrong, it is NOT compatible! it would have been nice to have the app available, but not show stopper. Second thing, I asked the question whether the step through design combined with the fusion process would result in frame flex. Their answer was NO, I disagree a little bit - just a little bit. Although the frame wobble is very, very, very minimal, it is evident and would be could be quite hazardous if you let go of the handlebars for a second or two. (SO DON'T) Thirdly, after watching the video associated with this model bike, the gentleman who made the video described himself as a 240# man and he could get @ 50 miles on a charge - hmmmmm, I'm 226# and I got 39.7 miles in Turbo mode or pedal assist 2. Yeah, I realize there are a lot variables in mileage determination, but I always pedal and only use the throttle to push off. Just something to think about. I'm waiting for the extension battery to arrive from B/O so I can order it which will expand my mileage. I don't believe it would 120 miles, but 50-60 miles would be nice.
Now the good things - the bike arrived to my destination in Minnesota in 5 working days. Packaging was great. No dings or damage AT ALL! This bike is built and assembled beautifully. IT IS SHARP!!!, and fun to ride. The torque sensor functionality is FANTASTIC! I've always had cadence sensors. The Urtopia Fusion Pro-E has many branded parts which are installed solidly and securely. Out of the box assembly was rather simple and it was the first bike that I did NOT have to adjust the brake calipers. I've added new grips, three inch riser handle bars, phone holder, blue tooth speaker, water bottle, trunk and a couple of locks. After a few days, I've rode 108 miles and have had many compliments.
Yes, the bike is a keeper and I'm looking forward to many years of riding. It's the most expensive bike I've ever ordered, but I'm very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone that asked my opinion and that folks -
Is my 2 cents worth!
I hadn’t biked in over 15 years, but the Joy Carbon made the return so easy and enjoyable. It’s light enough for me to lift on my own and the pedal assist feels so natural. My daughter and I now ride together every Saturday. She says I look like I’m flying. That’s exactly how it feels.
Took it on a road trip down the coast and was shocked how easy it was to fold and pack. But once unfolded, it rides just like my full-sized commuter. Smooth, quiet, and surprisingly powerful for the size.
I’ve had three people ask me about it already.
I’ve had my Fusion GT for 3 months now and it’s been a total lifestyle upgrade. I’ve replaced 80% of my local driving with bike rides, and I actually look forward to errands. I even rode it to a friend’s wedding 12 miles away, dressed in a suit. Smooth ride, powerful motor, and the design turns heads.
My hubby surprised me with this bike and I couldn't be happier. I previously had a different e-bike that was a lot heavier and much harder for me to ride. I am 5' and not super muscular so I really struggled to feel safe riding the much heavier bike. The Joy is so light and so easy to ride and it looks amazing, like a beach cruiser I used to have. I can see many wonderful rides on this absolutely AWESOME bike!!!
I’ve been riding the Joy for two weeks now and I’m totally in love! It’s beautiful, smooth, and has just the right mix of power and comfort. The Glacier Blue color gets compliments all the time, and the riding posture feels natural and relaxed. As a woman who’s not very tall, I really appreciate how easy it is to get on and off.
The Carbon Fold 1 is a game-changer! It's incredibly lightweight and folds down in seconds , perfect for city commuting and storing at the office. The carbon frame feels premium, and the ride is smooth and responsive. I also love how clean the design looks. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a sleek and practical ebike!
Best decision was to purchase the Carbon Pro 1 for both me and my wife. Lightweight and user friendly is what we were looking for in an electric bike, after owing 2 off brand electric bikes that were far to heavy and awkward to ride. Carbon Pro 1 couldn't be easier to ride on both flat ground and hills. The 3 different electric options and 8 gear shifting options provide both of us a good workout that works for our particular needs. As a former triathlete for over 30 years, the Carbon Pro 1 was the best possible way for me to transition when I medically and physically could no longer compete. It helped me, tremendously, to make my way back in the joy of cycling. If you haven't had a chance to test drive the phenomenal electric bike, it's a must do, to try it now!
I wanted a light weight folding ebike to take with me in my camper van. after looking at several different brands I chose the Urtopia Carbon Fold 1 because of it's performance, ease of folding, for how light weight it is, and it's price. I am totally in love with this bike. I am a 69 year old cancer survivor. The power that the Carbon Fold 1 has going up hills is a game changer for me. I can enjoy the hills now as much as the flats. The bike is super fun to ride with smooth shifting. And it is whisper quiet. It fits perfectly in my camper van and I like not having to lift a conventional bike on and off a bike rack. The only negative I have found is the lack of suspension. You feel every bump on the road. i also wish that Urtopia integrated this bike with their app.
