I am really enjoying riding this ebike after I was able to fit a Safort suspension seatpost to a Cloud-9 cruiser select saddle (with spring suspension). Without the suspension seatpost the ride was a bit too harsh when riding over rough pavement and speed bumps. The suspension seatpost makes a huge difference! The seat height with suspension seatpost normally mounted was too high for me (30 inch inseam) but I was able to invert the seatpost mounting hardware which dropped the seat height by 1 inch. It would be great if the minimum seat height was reduced by 2 inches to support the use of suspension seatposts. I also reduced the tire pressure to 22 psi rear and 20 psi front which is as low as I can go without affecting handling.
I really like the throttle response. It pulls nicely when launching the bike and works well when riding slowly up my sloped driveway. I ride in tour mode at about 19 to 21 mph. Torque sensor response to pedalling us great! With higher PAS levels the bike is geared a bit too low for good pedal resistance (spinout). The bike could use a larger diameter front chain ring. I am getting about 30 miles of range riding in tour mode.
I would like to see a full suspension version of this ebike with 26 x 3 tires. Air shocks front and rear please.
At first, I wasn’t sure if the Fusion Pro would be powerful enough compared to my old e-bike. But after a few weeks, I can say I’m fully convinced. It handles hills better than expected, the ride feels smooth, and the simplicity of the controls is refreshing. It just works, no apps, no fuss, just ride. That’s exactly what I wanted.
The Fusion Pro is pure fun. I don’t use it just for commuting but also for weekend rides with friends. The acceleration feels smooth, and people always ask about the sleek frame design.
Not only do I absolutely love the bike. The customer service is excellent. Prompt response and replacement! That’s Customer Service! I get so many compliments on the bike wherever we go and people want to try it out. Once somebody lifts it and sees how light it is, they can’t believe it and want one too.
I ordered two Carbon Fusion Pro e-bikes from Urtopia. They arrived in perfect condition with only minimal assembly required. Prior to my purchase, I corresponded with the customer support group several times. In each instance, I received timely and thorough responses.
After receiving my bikes, I decided to buy the external batteries and reached out to the support group once more. Again, I received a quick reply and assistance placing my order.
